Hi! I’m Jessie,
A yoga enthusiast and college student
I started doing yoga my senior year of high school. I needed to get a half credit of P.E. and yoga was the most appealing option. At first I was just taking the class for the credit, but as the class kept going I started to enjoy it more and more. After that semester was done I decided to take the class again because I loved it so so much!

I'm still not all that amazing at yoga. It has challenged me and pushed me. No matter what level you begin at you can always push yourself a bit more. Go a bit farther.

Yoga is so much more than just moving your body and trying to balance. It can become a whole lifestyle or something you do to unwind now and then. Regardless of how often I do yoga, it makes a difference in my day to day life.

Whenever I do yoga or meditate it puts me at ease and makes me feel just the tiniest bit more in control of myself and my life. It makes me want to take better care of myself, body and mind.

Since starting college I realized that I could pursue and study communications. This blog is a combination of what I am learning in school and my love for yoga:)
